Tire Rotation

Tires should be generally inspected every 3 months. Visually inspect for uneven wear, cracks in the rubber, high and low spots (possible shock wear) as well as the tread bar for tread depth.
Tire rotation can be very beneficial. Rotation is recommended every 3-5k miles. Rotation at proper intervals helps preserve balanced handling and traction as well as even out tire wear.
Mileage warranties require tire rotation to keep the warranty valid and records of Tire Rotations should be kept with the vehicle at all times. We advise tire rotation to be done in conjunction with oil changes while the vehicle is off the ground. At the same time you can have your tires balance checked as well as inspect the tires for any damage while checking the tire tread depth and of course, checking your tire pressure.
Remember, tire rotation can't correct wear problems due to worn mechanical parts or incorrect inflation pressures.
