Privacy Policy

Your personal information is private. We protect our customers personal information. While doing business with you, we may have to get certain information, such as your name, home address, vehicle, and e-mail address. We will not sell, rent, trade or give away individual, personal information entered to our site to any third party, without exception. We collect such information strictly to process orders. This privacy policy is subject to change at the sole discretion of Victoria Tire & Wheel. When we modify it, we will post the changes in a revised policy statement. When you place your order you will be using a secure order form. We take all the precautions to protect the privacy of your credit card information. We utilize Secure Socket Layers, the most advanced security system available. All your ordering information, including your name, address, and credit card number will be encrypted using a secure server for maximum security.

You can shop online with confidence at victoriatire.com. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to offer safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our customers.
The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the credit card and electronic check processing networks. he company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:

  • 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions.

  • Industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information.

  • Compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard.

    Shipping

    Victoria Tire ships all of its products via UPS ground. Shipping usually takes 7-10 business days unless otherwise notified. UPS does not ship to PO BOXES. You must provide us with a fiscal address when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays incurred after departure from our side.
    Victoria Tire will not ship to an address other than the billing address, unless payment was made via western union. Otherwise, if your billing and shipping address do not match, your order will be declined.

    Warranties

    All of our wheels and tires are covered by the manufacturers standard warranties. The basic manufacturer warranty on a wheel or tire covers workmanship and materials. This does not cover road hazards. If the problem was caused by the installer, the car, the driver, something in the road, or being driven on a flat, the product is not covered by the warranty. Any damage done to a product after purchase is not covered by warranty. Any defective products, are covered. The basic warranty for chrome plated finish is 90 days. If you need to have a wheel replaced under warranty, you can call us for specific warranty info.

    Cancelled Orders

    All cancelled orders are charged a 10% processing fee. This fee is non-refundable unless there was an error on our part, such as fitment issues. If the cancellation is our fault, you shall be refunded in full.

    Returns and Refunds

    All returns or cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee of total amount + all freight charges incurred unless error on our part. If error was on our part, such as fitment issues, you shall be refunded in full.

    If you need to return or exchange an item, please call (323) 583-3229 for a Return Authorization Number. All merchandise must be new. Every return is subject to inspection. If it is deemed that damage to the product is a result of road hazards, such as a car accident, or curb scraping, Victoria Tire is not obligated to grant a refund. If the return is deemed to be a fault on the part of the manufacturer or our own, we will refund you in full. We are dedicated to customer satisfaction, and will do everything to resolve any issues. Yet, we cannot grant refunds and accept returns for merchandise damaged due to events outside of our control. Credit will be granted less shipping charges. Victoria Tire will refund shipping charges only if there was error on our side.

    COD and Debit Cards

    If you owe COD, the remainder must be paid through cashier's check or money order. Your UPS deliverer will not accept cash, credit, or any other form of payment. If you used a debit card for your purchase, we will charge your credit card the daily limit, until the balance is fulfilled. If you know your credit card daily limit, please let us know the amount in the Remarks box.
