Step 1: Determine Your Tire Size
- If you Know the tire size you need, use Search by Size to enter your tire size and view search results. This gives you a list of all the tires we carry in the size you're looking for.
- If you don't Know the tire size you need, use Search by Vehicle Only fitments specific to the vehicle selected will be shown in search results. If you still have questions about which tire size is the right choice for your car, you'll have to go out to your vehicle and find the manufacturers recommended tire size, either on the door jamb or in your owner's manual.

Step 2: Select the Tire You want to purchase
Browse through the selection presented to you for the desired size. Within search results you are given links to photos, detailed tire descriptions and price. You could also review How to Select Tires to help you make a well-informed decision or you could ask an expert by calling Victoria Tire at (323) 583-3229. Once you have found the tire you want to purchase, click on "ORDER/QUOTE."

Step 3: Your Shopping Cart
The details of your purchase, including all prices and shipping charges, are clearly displayed prior to checkout. Shipping charges will be calculated automatically, based on your zip code.
You can add, change quantities or remove items with ease. When you are happy with your order press the Proceed to Checkout button.
After you confirm your order click "PROCESS ORDER" button and you are done !

Step 4: Order Verification
You will also receive email confirmation that your order is being processed. This email includes products ordered, total costs and contact info. All online orders are verified by our team of experts for proper vehicle fitments and appropriate product selection. You will be contacted if any discrepancy is found to ensure complete and accurate shipment of your tire or wheel.

Online Security
We take all the precautions to protect the privacy of your credit card information. We utilize Secure Socket Layers, the most advance security system available. All your ordering information, including your name, address and credit card number will be encrypted using a secure server for maxium securirty.
MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express are acceptable forms of payment for online orders. We also accept payment by cashier's check and Western Union Quick Collect.

Privacy Pledge
Your personal information is private. We protect our customers personal information. While doing business with you, we may have to get certain information, such as your name, home address, vehicle and e-mail address. We will not sell, rent, trade or give away individual, personal information entered to our site to any third party, without exception. We collect such information strictly to process orders. This privacy policy is subject to change at the sole discretion of Victoria Tire & Wheel. When we modify it, we will post the changes in a revised policy statement.

Tire Warranties
All of our tires are covered by the manufacturers standard warranties. Some tires may include mileage warranties. If you need to have a tire replaced under warranty, you can call us, or a local tire dealer that carries that brand of tire. Specific warranty info will be supplied to you when requested.
The basic manufacturer warranty on a tire covers workmanship and materials. What that means is that if the problem with the tire is the fault of the manufacturer, the tire will be covered by the warranty. If the problem was caused by the car, the driver, something in the road or being driven flat, the tire is not covered by the warranty.

Return/Refund Policy
All returns or cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee of total amount + all freight charges incurred. If you need to return or exchange an item, please call (323) 583-3229 for a Return Authrization Number. All merchandise must be new.
