At the begining Hipnotic Wheels set out on a mission to create wheels inspired by style and unique design. In 2007 they achived that mission. Hipnotic wheels designs took the world by storm, especially their legendary C-Note wheels. In 2008 their goal is to bring more innovative designs that reflect passion for style to set you apart from other custom wheels.
